NoodleTomato Affiliate Program Terms

1. Enrollment

Applications run through our affiliate platform and are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion. You must provide accurate contact and payout information, and a valid tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN otherwise) before your first payout.

2. Commission rates

The standard rate is 20% of net revenue from customers you refer, recurring for 12 months per customer. Specific partner tiers (agency, strategic, directory, sponsored) carry the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard; your dashboard rate is authoritative. Partners who receive cash compensation from us (sponsored content, paid listings, paid placements) earn the blended tier rate of 10% unless a different rate is agreed in writing. Cash deals do not stack with the standard 20% rate.

3. Commission base

Commissions are calculated on net revenue: the amount the customer actually pays after discounts and coupons, excluding taxes and excluding refunded or charged-back amounts. Excluded products: credit top-up packs and promotional intro plans (for example Weekly Warmup) do not generate commissions. We may update the excluded list going forward with notice; changes are not retroactive. Annual subscriptions are commissioned on the full invoice when it is paid, after the hold in section 6.

4. Commission window

Each referred customer generates commissions for 12 months from their first payment. After 12 months, payments from that customer no longer generate commissions.

5. Attribution

Attribution uses your unique affiliate link (30-day, last-click cookie) or your unique discount code, which gives the customer 10% off their first month. The visitor must sign up within the cookie window. We cannot attribute customers retroactively or manually outside the tracking system, except where we determine a tracking fault occurred on our side. Self-referrals (your own accounts, your company's accounts, or accounts you control) are void.

6. Holds, approval, and payouts

Commissions are approved 30 days after the underlying payment, to cover the refund window. Payouts run monthly on a Net-30 basis via PayPal or Wise, with a $50 minimum balance; balances below $50 roll over. Your first payout is held for 60 days from your first commission as fraud protection.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals

If a payment is refunded or charged back before commission approval, the commission is reversed. After a commission is paid out we do not claw it back, except in cases of fraud or violations of these terms.

8. Sponsored placements and disclosure

If we pay you for content or placement, that engagement is governed by its own written agreement; these terms still govern the commission side. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship and any sponsorship in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides and equivalent local rules.

9. Prohibited conduct

The following lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Bidding on "NoodleTomato" or confusingly similar terms (including misspellings) in paid search, or using our trademarks in domain names, social handles, or app names, without written permission.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any other attribution manipulation.
• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control.
• Publishing fake or unauthorized discount codes, or misrepresenting offers and pricing.
• Spam (email, comments, direct messages) and incentivized signups that were not approved in writing.
• Misleading or absolute income claims. You may describe the opportunity, but do not promise or guarantee specific earnings from NoodleTomato or from channels built with it.

10. Rate and term changes

We may change commission rates and these terms with 30 days notice by email and in the affiliate dashboard. Rate changes apply only to customers referred after the effective date. Customers you referred before the change keep your previous rate for the remainder of their 12-month window.

11. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination without violation, approved commissions are paid on the normal schedule and pending commissions continue to approval, but no new referrals are attributed. Termination for fraud or violations of section 9 forfeits unpaid commissions.

12. Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, agency, or a joint venture. You are responsible for your own taxes.
