Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: March 30, 2026 · Last Updated: March 30, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your conduct on the NoodleTomato platform (the “Service”) operated by Amplify Media Consulting LLC. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

We built NoodleTomato to help creators produce legitimate, high-quality video content. This AUP exists to protect the integrity of the Service, the safety of our users, and the broader creative ecosystem.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:

2.1 Illegal Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors.
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons, explosives, or controlled substances.
  • Content that facilitates human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.
  • Any content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

2.2 Harmful & Dangerous Content

  • Instructions or encouragement for self-harm, suicide, or violence against any person or group.
  • Explicit threats of violence, harassment, intimidation, or stalking directed at any individual.
  • Content designed to incite hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Graphic, gratuitous violence or gore that serves no educational, documentary, or newsworthy purpose.

2.3 Deceptive & Misleading Content

  • Deepfakes of real people. Generating realistic video, audio, or images of identifiable real individuals without their explicit consent — including political figures, celebrities, and private persons.
  • Disinformation. Content deliberately designed to deceive the public on matters of public health, elections, or public safety.
  • Impersonation. Content that falsely represents itself as being created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any person, company, or organization.
  • Fraudulent schemes. Content created to support scams, phishing, social engineering, or other fraudulent activity.

2.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Submitting prompts designed to reproduce copyrighted material (e.g., movie scripts, book excerpts, song lyrics, news articles) verbatim or in substantial part.
  • Generating content that infringes on trademarks, trade dress, or other proprietary rights of third parties.
  • Creating content that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms where you intend to publish.

2.5 Adult & Sexually Explicit Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind.
  • Content depicting nudity for non-educational, non-artistic purposes.

2.6 Spam & Manipulation

  • Mass-generating low-quality or duplicate content designed to manipulate search rankings, platform algorithms, or recommendation systems.
  • Using the Service to generate unsolicited commercial messages or bulk marketing content.
  • Artificially inflating engagement metrics (views, likes, subscribers) using generated content.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Circumvention. Attempting to bypass content moderation filters, rate limits, usage caps, token limits, or any other technical controls of the Service.
  • Reverse Engineering. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code, algorithms, or underlying models of the Service.
  • Unauthorized Access. Accessing or attempting to access another user’s account, data, or Generated Content without authorization.
  • Automated Abuse. Using bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Service except through our official APIs with proper authentication.
  • Resale Without Authorization. Reselling access to the Service, sublicensing your account, or operating a competing service that wraps or proxies NoodleTomato functionality without our written consent.
  • Interference. Introducing malware, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupting the operation or infrastructure of the Service.
  • Multiple Accounts. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tiers, promotional offers, or to circumvent enforcement actions.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Review Before Publishing. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or material that could be considered offensive. You are solely responsible for reviewing all Generated Content before publishing, distributing, or monetizing it.
  • Platform Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of any third-party platform where you publish (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
  • Third-Party Rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Disclosure. Where required by platform policies or applicable law, you must disclose that content was generated using AI tools.

5. Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring

We employ automated content-safety filters that screen topic prompts before generation begins. We may also manually review content or account activity when we have reason to believe a violation has occurred.

5.2 Actions We May Take

If we determine — in our sole discretion — that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Remove or restrict access to specific Generated Content.
  • Temporarily suspend your account.
  • Permanently terminate your account and delete all associated content and data.
  • Report the violation to law enforcement or relevant authorities if we believe it involves illegal activity.

5.3 Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@noodletomato.com within 14 days. We will review appeals in good faith but are not obligated to reverse any enforcement decision.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to support@noodletomato.com. Include as much detail as possible, including the relevant project or user identifier if available. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or enforcement practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
